Appointments

Book your appointment with Patient Access 24/7.

We operate on an appointments system, which means for convenience you can book to see a health practitioner up to three months in advance.  To book an appointment you can either call or attend in person to make the appointment.

As you cannot always anticipate when you are ill, we do offer to those acutely ill patients an appointment to be seen on the same day.

We endeavour to make sure that all patients can see a health practitioner within 48 hours.

Teaching Practice

As a teaching practice, there are times when medical students will be with us.  If your consultation is during these times you will be advised by the reception team, that they will be part of your consultation.  Please advise reception when you arrive if this will cause you a concern as we can very easily make alternative arrangements to allow for you to have a one to one consultation with your doctor.

Text Messaging Service

The surgery uses a text messaging service for appointment reminders, cancellations and health information. It is important that you inform the surgery if you change your mobile number. Please do not use this number to send any messages to the surgery other than a response to the welcome message or to cancel an appointment as it is an automated service and not used for any other purpose.

Disabled Access

There is good wheelchair access to all of our consultation rooms. Disabled toilet facilities are available.

Croydon GP Hubs

Need to see a GP but can’t get an appointment? Our GP Hubs can help.

Call NHS 111 before you go to pre-book an appointment or wait to be seen without an appointment at one of our GP Hubs in Central Croydon, Purley, or Parkway.

GP appointment? Don’t need it? Cancel it!

We know people forget things, cancelling GP appointments being one of them. Remember to cancel your appointment if you don’t need it.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.

Cancellations notified less than 30 minutes before the appointment time will be recorded as failure to attend (DNA).

Repeated failure to attend booked appointments is a significant waste of NHS resources and may lead to your registration being removed from our list.
